Creating Ripple Effect via SDG Signage for Kuala Lumpur City Halls Assets and Buildings @ Menara Jabatan Penguatkuasa

With the vision to create awareness and promote the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) to the public, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (KLCH) via the Project Implementation and Building Maintenance Department has delivered an initiative of installing SDG Signage onto KLCH's building and assets. The SDG Signage which has 3 standard sizes made of perspex with printed sticker is installed on the wall of the building aimed to inform the SDG involved in the building, with hope that more building users will be well informed on the SDG initiative that has been going on globally, thus taking pro-active actions towards sustainable living culture.

 

The SDG Signage of Pustaka KL@TTDI was installed on 22th of Mac 2023, which marked the eigth SDG Signage placed on the KLCH's asset. The signage highlighted 11 SDG goals that has been achieved for the Pustaka KL@TTDI building. The 11 Goals are SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 : (Gender Equality), SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
