Ts. Norliza Hashim, CEO of URBANICE Malaysia, who shared their views on climate reporting in Malaysia.
According to Datuk Yong Soo Heong, the report is an "exotic" piece of work that has been well researched, and it will stimulate reflection and change in the local media industry. He emphasized the need for local media to realize the importance of this report in driving change.
Meanwhile, TPr. Ts. Norliza Hashim also stressed that climate reporting is not just about informing, but also ensuring that accurate data and information are conveyed to the public. As the CEO of URBANICE Malaysia, she emphasized the importance of transformation in communicating climate and energy issues to the public, as well as the need for continuous discussion and action in Malaysia.
